I had the pleasure this week of learning a bit more about fundamental photography when my brother Luke brought home this garage sale jewel. A Pentax K1000 film camera, still in the original box with receipts of when it was purchased, less than a month after I was born! :)
So I found some film, shot my 24 shots, got them developed and scanned a few favorites for you to enjoy.
If you have only ever shot digital, I would encourage you to find an old manual camera like this and have fun with it. It's a little intimidating to select shutter speed/aperature and focus and shoot pictures without being able to check them the next second for proper lighting, but definitely a lot of fun.
The scanner I have is not a very high quality one, so I apologize for the noise in the pictures, but it's the best I can do for now.
